Why is it
That Spring
Is here,
Not yet?
Why don’t
Daffodils,
Yet stumble
Upon this Earth?
Why doesn’t
The Winter gloom,
Let go of
Her gray hairs?
Why don’t
Snow peaked mountains,
Weep their tears
So that streams rebirth?
Why, oh why, is it
That Spring
Is here,
Not yet?
