Purple clouds amidst the calm...

EXT. ST. AUGUSTINE CHURCH - ONE TREE HILL - LONDON - TODAY

I love how snow
Fills purple clouds amidst the calm.

How the flurries fall,
Circling down, like a ballroom dance.

How muffled the world sounds,
Soaking the city’s chaos, like a sponge.

I love how red post-boxes
Gain prominence
Against such white.

How, under your feet,
The snow greets you with a crunch.

How deliciously, soup tastes
In a midmorning brunch.

I love how snow
Fills purple clouds amidst the calm.

To think That you’ve lost it all...

To think
That you’ve lost it all.

To feel
That there is no hope.

To step
Out of your comfort zone.

These are the swamps of dreamers.

The place
Where one must walk on eggshells.
